What is "Broadloom" Carpet, anyway?
Broadloom carpeting is any carpet, simply put, that is tufted or woven on a large loom. It can be used as wall to wall carpeting, stair runners, or as an area rug. If you need a specific custom size, we can cut and bind your area rug in many binding choices, including designer tapestries or leather options.
There have never been more choices in broadloom carpeting as there are today. Broadloom carpeting comes in a variety of fibers. We carry a large selection of samples to borrow at no charge. We have wools, synthetics including nylon, olefin, or polypropylene, as well as blends, sisal, grass, or jute.
The fiber, as well as the construction of the carpet will dictate the quality, performance, and pricing of broadloom. We have cut pile carpets such as velvets and plushes, textured and patterned, shag, loop, frieze, cut and loop combo, Wilton weave, and Axminster weave.
We offer free professional measuring of any room or space by our owner, Steve Winterson. With over 25 years experience in the business and a keen eye for proportion and color, Steve will work with you to come up with options and pricing for your project.
